Happy Friday, Viper Band and Vision Families!

We are going to try to perform/attend the game tonight. Woodwinds will start in cases, Brass/Battery in stands/Vision and Front Ensemble indoors. We hope to perform at halftime and will decide closer to that time.

Please come support the team as we take on the Round Rock Dragons at 700pm. Band and Vision members will be dismissed after halftime to get rest for tomorrow’s Bands of America Super Regional in San Antonio. Our itinerary for tomorrow is listed below if you need it.

615 AM – Band Hall Opens

715 AM – Rehearsal

815 AM – Load at parking lot

830 AM – Inspection, Breakfast

940 AM – Butt in Seat

945 AM – Departure

1230 PM – Arrive at Alamodome and Unload (2 hours, 45 minutes travel)

**Lunch served on buses upon arrival

**Dress upon arrival in San Antonio

115 PM – Equipment Truck can enter Lot A

140 PM – Enter the tunnel

155 PM – Warmup

300 PM – Preliminary Contest Performance

315 PM – Store equipment outside the dome/line up instruments 

330 PM – Watch Awards

***Evening schedule is pending our advancement to finals, a possible schedule will include:

400 PM – Change out of uniform

500 PM – Dinner **Served on site/at buses

700 PM – First Finalist Band Performs

1030 PM – Finals competition ends

1045 PM – Awards

1145 PM – Load

1215 AM – Depart

215 AM – Approximate return to VHS
