  • Parking: Park in the garage or valet. Parking in front of the hotel may result in a ticket.

  • Room: Walk into the hotel from garage, follow signs to Texas Ballroom on the 2nd floor

  • Date:  Saturday, May 4th

  • Ticket Dates:
    March 17th – Student tickets go on sale
    March 31st – Parent/Guest tickets go on sale
    April 14 – Guest ticket prices increase to $85
    April 21 – Ticket Sales Close
    May 4 – Banquet

  • What:  Socialize, Photos, Dinner, Awards and Dance!

  • Attire: Dressy – suit or pants/button down or a dress

  • Time:   Schedule of Events
    5:00 – Check In
    6:00 – Doors open – Students will find seats at tables with a shako – Parents/Guests may sit in the remaining tables
    6:15 – Opening remarks followed by Dinner Service
    Followed by Awards Presentation
    Followed by Dance
    10:00 – Clean Up
