2026-2027 Band Registration

Welcome to the 2026–27 Vandegrift Band registration process!

Please review the graphic below for an overview of the required steps and important deadlines.

Registration Steps

Step 1: Set Up Your Presto Account

Watch for an email from Presto with instructions to create your account. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the setup process.

Step 2: Complete Required Presto Forms

After setting up your account, log in to Presto and select Forms from the left-hand menu.

Complete all assigned forms by June 19.

 

Dietary Information Form
Collects information about food allergies, dietary restrictions, and food preferences to help us plan meals and snacks during band activities.

Band Apparel & Equipment Form
Used to order required band items, including marching shoes, the show shirt, and a water jug, and to indicate whether your student already has required items from previous years.

Step 3: Order Additional Apparel

Order required apparel through the PepWear store by June 19.

Required items:

  • Dri-Fit shirts and shorts
  • Juguzzi
  • Sweatshirt

These items are required for all marching band students.
The PepWear store will close after June 19.

Step 4: Complete Rank One Forms

Beginning July 1, complete all required Rank One forms before Registration Day on July 25.

Please wait until July 1 to complete Rank One forms. Forms submitted before July 1 will need to be completed again.

Step 5: Attend Registration Day

July 25

Drive to the school and check in for Registration Day.

Bring your physician-signed physical form.

Registration invoices will be emailed on July 1 and must be paid by July 23.
Please watch for an email from the Treasury Team with payment instructions and additional details.
