We have an initial itinerary to share for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Trip! This is an itinerary for the STUDENT trip, not the Family/Friends trip. The itinerary for the Family/Friends trip will be sent out early next week. Please note that ALL times are subject to change as plans become more concrete and as we receive more specific information about the parade timeline in the next month.

This itinerary is intended to give everyone a general idea about what we will be doing when. Please hold ALL questions about this itinerary until our Trip Meeting. A final itinerary will be available at the Trip Meeting on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 7:00PM. The traveling student and one parent must attend this meeting.

I know there are a lot of questions about Groups, Buses, and an assortment of other logistical information. Perform America is finalizing these details and have confirmed that all students will be on the same dinner cruise as their family who are traveling on the Friends/Family trip. I will share these lists as soon as they are complete.

Attached to this email is the prescription medication form for any students needing our medical team to distribute prescription medication on the trip (bottom portion only). This form must be completed when you drop off prescription medication on Saturday, November 19, 2022. It does require a physician’s signature.

Again, this is not a final itinerary, but a draft to get everyone started. A trip this size takes hundreds of hours to plan, and our team at Perform America has been doing a great job trying to bring all of these details into focus!
