Good morning Viper Band and Vision Families,

WHAT A WEEK! The Viper Band and Vision family has Defined the Standard in every way this week. Yes, their competitive success is amazing, exciting, and well-deserved, but watching the students work through the adversities of weather, transportation, fatigue, school work, and more was inspiring beyond measure. We are all so proud of the Viper Band and Vision Dance Company, and they are truly Second to None!

Thank you to all of the parents who volunteered this week. I know taking time off of work and away from home is a sacrifice, and we are all so appreciative of the time and love you give to these students and this program. It is not possible to operate without the support of our volunteers and of the Booster Organization.

So what are we doing now? We are taking a BREAK! Students, enjoy your two days off (Monday and Tuesday). The next event we have is a home Playoff Game on Friday and we will begin concert season the following week. You will have plenty of time this week to catch up on homework and rest, but I also hope every student takes a moment to reflect on this season and live in the present. You have earned this through your hard work, dedication, and sacrifice. ENJOY this week of rest and reflection, Vipers!

It truly takes a village, and there is no better village than the Viper Band and VDC family!
