Thank you for coming to the 2024 Port Aransas Trip Meeting this evening. I have attached the slides from the presentation and the Trip Packet and Itinerary.

All students should have submitted their Trip Overnight Rules Form. Please read these rules carefully, as this is what we use when handling student behavior issues. We are a zero-tolerance organization. The Vandegrift Band and VDC students are allowed independence when traveling that most organizations are not, but any rule-breaking will remove this privilege and will cause immediate removal from the trip, and could cause students to be removed from the program.  

Students, please carefully look at the itinerary and the information provided in this packet, as it will help you with packing and planning. I would highly encourage you to begin conversations about your HEB shopping list and your 2024 Iron Chef submission plan with your roommates.
