Happy Friday, Viper Band and Vision Families!

Thank you for a terrific week back. It was awesome to see everyone again in classes and rehearsals and we are really excited about the potential for all our ensembles and teams this spring. We have so many different groups rehearsing through the spring semester, including Vision Dance Company, our percussion ensembles, our jazz ensembles, our newly formed/student-led basketball band, our chamber ensembles, and, of course, our terrific concert ensembles. Keep an eye on the calendar and make plans to attend one of our upcoming concerts or performances.

Please see the Weekly Announcement Sheet for information about rehearsals for the upcoming week. We will start sectionals on Monday, January 13th. The schedule for those is posted on the weekly announcement sheet. We have added two important dates on the calendar: February 1, a parade for our football team in Steiner Ranch, and February 26, our percussionists and select marching band/Vision members will perform at the Capitol. 

Finally, GOOD LUCK to our 25 TMEA Area Students who will audition for the Texas All-State band tomorrow, January 11, at Westlake High School. They are ready to rock and roll!
