Christmas Carols in Steiner Ranch – Sheet Music/Printable Music

Please visit this list of the Christmas Carols we will perform on Sunday 12/15. This optional event is open to current and future band members (FPMS/CRMS) as well as alumni, parents, and community members to join us for Holiday Caroling and will run from about 4-6pm. More details on logistics to come. The tunes are very simple to prepare/easy/sight-readable.

We will perform all of the tunes on the page. Please visit the website, where you can print the music for your instrument. Baritones can read trombone parts. Any bells or percussion can read flute/oboe parts. Be sure to print the correct KEY / concert pitch listed below. The links will take you to the version for “Band” that we will play, but you can confirm its in the right key. There are LOTS of keys on the page, so double check you print the right one.

Welcome to the Band Department of Vandegrift High School

The Instrumental Music Department at Vandegrift High School enrolls over 300 students from the 9th through 12th grades who study with a dedicated teaching faculty as well as private lesson instructors.

Our Philosophy of Education

Music is a fundamental piece of the human experience. Music Education is therefore a necessary endeavor to ensure that the whole child is being educated. This includes skill development, cognitive understanding, and aesthetic appreciation for many forms of music.

The primary objective of the Vandegrift High School Instrumental Music Department is to develop the performance, rehearsal, and personal practice skills of each student. The vision for the program is to “Define the Standard” in all we do.
