Good morning Viper Band and Vision Families,
Congratulations students on another fantastic weekend! We are on the home-stretch! I would also like to thank all of our volunteers for their time and dedication these past three days. It has been quite the crazy schedule and we couldn’t do what we all do without you. Thank you!
BIG WEEK THIS WEEK!
We are heading into the last two days of competitive marching band. There is an updated itinerary attached to this email. We will be rehearsing at VHS on Monday from 1:00-1:45pm and will perform our final run through of Into the Grid in Austin at 1:30pm (weather-depending).
Students, you do not need a large suitcase for this overnight trip. Plan on bringing a small duffle bag (extra set of performance blacks, black socks, toiletries, sweatshirt/pants, etc.) with you to San Antonio. All baggage will be dropped in the ensemble room before school on Monday. I have included your room assignments and your assigned chaperone in the updated trip packet below. Students will attend 5th/6th periods on Monday and then take A-Lunch after PIT for their lunch period.
Prescription medication drop off is from 7:45-8:15am tomorrow morning in the band hall. A signed form must be submitted with the medication.
