Spirit Wear Sign Up
Thank you for volunteering in this role. Please sign up for as many dates as you can confirm. Help set up and sell VHS Band Spirit Wear during the HOME Football Games , Booster Club Meetings and other in person events as noted. We will email you ahead of date with more details about the specific event. SW also needs “behind the scenes” help with filling orders, especially the large family show shirts, ornaments, and other “once per year” special orders, as well as periodic inventories. You can come to this page and add your name to any open spots. You will receive a confirmation email. Keep the email, if you need to remove yourself the link to do that is in your email confirmation OR you can email the Vice President and we will remove you.
iPad volunteers: Please contact me Wednesday before any Friday event so we can make sure you have the Square App and login.
Home football games: Meet in the Band Hall. There are a lot of items to move to the home side of the stadium.
Senior Night: If you want to help move items to the stadium, and then help with Band & Vision Senior Night, we can arrange that as long as you can stay to help with sales and break down.
Fifth Home Game: If Band & Vision are in San Antonio for prelims, I will have FloMarching (or other service if needed) to watch our students.
Band Registration Day: Please meet at the Band Hall. There will be a lot to move from the Band Hall to our spot on the Band Practice Field.
Booster and New to Program Meetings: Please meet in the Band Hall. iPad volunteers: Please contact me Monday before the meeting so we can make sure you have the Square App and login.
Community Performance: Please meet in the Band Hall. There are a lot of items to move to the home side of the stadium. We will close during the performance.
May Viper Band & Vision Camp Social: Please meet in the Band Hall. After setting up in the Cafeteria, we will enjoy the concert, then open the booth.
