Medal Ceremony

We need volunteers to help with set-up and clean-up tasks for the Medal Ceremony. (All volunteers will be free to enjoy the ceremony, as volunteer shifts will be before and after the ceremony)

Set-up Volunteer
We will arrive at 6 pm sharp to help with the cafeteria, Mainstreet or Main Gym set-up prior to the medal ceremony.
There will be a volunteer coordinator aligned to each area to guide you on specific tasks to be completed. (Tasks include setting up chairs, tables, medals, trophies etc. in the main gym, setting up refreshments in the cafeteria etc.)

Clean-up Volunteer
You will begin to clean-up after the conclusion of the ceremony (estimated 9 pm) and stay until all clean-up tasks are completed in the cafeteria, Mainstreet or Main Gym.
There will be a volunteer coordinator aligned to each area to guide you on specific tasks to be completed. (Tasks include returning all chairs to required locations, tidying up the cafeteria after refreshments are served etc. essentially returning each area back to its original state for use by staff and students on Friday morning)
