UIL Contests Help — Spring 2025
Date: April 8, 2025
We need a few volunteers / chaperones to help out with the upcoming UIL contests. We need 2 – 3 chaperones per band (see Sign Ups below). Concert 2, Concert 1, and Wind Ensemble are performing on Tuesday, April 8 and Symphonic Band is performing on Wednesday, April 9.
Here is what you would do:
1. Meet in the band hall at your starting time
2. Ride buses with the band to and from the UIL contest at Cedar Park High School
3. Chaperone students during contest
You will be able to watch the band that you are chaperoning during both the concert and sightreading performances.
