No Dairy, cheese or eggs prior to exercise as this may make some nauseated. Instead eat carbs and protein combos like bagel & peanut butter, or tortilla with peanut butter or Nutella. The goal is to combine carbs with protein to give both quick and long-lasting energy for your body.
