Your everyday banking can help the VHS Band Boosters. Compass For Your Cause is a program run by BBVA Compass Bank to help non-profits like us raise money. Here’s how it works:
- Open a BBVA Compass Checking Account and tell the bank that you want to participate in Compass For Your Cause using Affinity Code 95152. Compass will donate $50 to the boosters on your behalf.
- Each time you use the BBVA Compass Visa® Check Card (tied to your new account) for a signature-based transaction (use it like a credit card, not with a PIN) the boosters get .25% of the transaction at no cost to you.
It’s really that simple.
Note: if you’re already a Compass Bank member, you can still associate your account to the band and register your existing check cards so the boosters get the residual 0.25% of your transactions. Simply contact the bank by going in or calling them.
