The Vandegrift High School Band & Vision Dance Company will proudly celebrate their hard work and dedication at the END OF MARCHING SEASON CELEBRATION on Monday, November 7, 2011
Celebration Itinerary:
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm: Picnic-Style dinner in Band Hall for Band & Vision Students
Students may purchase meal being offered or bring one from home.
6:00 – 7:00 pm: Dessert Reception in VHS Cafeteria
Family, Friends and Supporters, please join Band Members & Vision Dancers for this reception!
7:00 pm: Concert in VHS Gym
All Welcome!!
Dinner Order Form (ticket sales are now closed)
Students may order dinner for this evening, if desired. It is not mandatory that they purchase a dinner, but if they choose not to order a meal, please encourage students to bring food from home, as they will be performing a concert at 7:00 pm. and they will probably be hungry by then! Students will be eating in the band hall “picnic-style” prior to the dessert reception and concert.
Please note that this meal was not included in the meal fee paid at the beginning of marching season. The meal is a students-only event; please do not order extra meals for parents or siblings.
